ViceAtlas is an independent, fan-made companion. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. All Grand Theft Auto trademarks and copyrights are the property of their respective owners.
Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- You must be old enough to consent to data processing in your country.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
User content
You retain ownership of content you submit (comments, ratings). You grant ViceAtlas a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and moderate that content as needed to run the Service.
Acceptable use
- No harassment, hate speech, doxxing, or illegal content.
- No spam, malware, scraping at scale, or attempts to disrupt the Service.
- No leaked or copyright-infringing material from Rockstar Games.
Purchases and donations
Any tips or store purchases are voluntary. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Content is community-sourced and may contain inaccuracies.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViceAtlas and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
